Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some drawbacks like older rooms with a musty smell and outdated linens and towels, but its location on a hill across the road was interesting. The inconvenience of getting breakfast two blocks away and limited room service made the stay less smooth.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms didn't match the online pictures and I had a scary experience with someone trying to enter my room late at night, the quiet ambiance was a plus. The service offered by the Best Western staff was commendable, but the constant noise from trucks passing by was quite a nuisance. The dining experience at our hotel was convenient, offering a decent full breakfast at a good price, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel's location is convenient, right off the freeway, but the service was lacking, with unhelpful and rude staff. The rooms had a musty smell, and the king-size bed did not make up for the difficulty in using the small bathroom sink. The dining options were inconsistent, as breakfast was advertised as included but was actually at a neighboring hotel, albeit nice.
